with Mark Andreas
September 6-8, 2019
Discover how your limitations can become doorways to getting true integration and transformation with the problems and challenges in your life.
Mark Andreas will lead a 3-day experiential training on the Core Transformation personal growth process and the Aligning Perceptual Positions process, with hands-on support by experienced coaches at each training location. Throughout the training, both Mark and these coaches will provide direct support as you learn to guide each other through these processes of personal transformation.
Participants will learn to utilize these powerful yet gentle processes to explore and transform a wide variety of issues, both for themselves and others. No prior experience necessary.
Core Transformation: brings about profound and lasting changes in feelings, habits, behaviors, limiting beliefs, and even physical ailments. Imagine your most difficult problems actually having positive aspects. With Core Transformation, what have been perceived as blocks or limitations instead become doorways to getting true resolution and integration. This process leads to deep self-discovery and embodied understanding that naturally shifts one’s way of being in the world. Core Transformation has transformed anger, self-consciousness, procrastination, fear, weight issues, difficult relationships, depression, anxiety, addictions, and much more. It has facilitated finding fulfilling work, improving all aspects of health, and creating an overall sense of inner peace, wholeness, and well-being. Core Transformation meets our deepest strivings: to heal ourselves and develop as human beings – emotionally, physically, and spiritually. Find out more at coretransformation.org.
Aligning Perceptual Positions: brings a whole new way of working that is very complimentary to the Core Transformation process. The Aligning Perceptual Positions process gives a practical way for us to precisely align and access the three fundamental experiences that all expert communicators are masters of. Also called Aligning Relationships, this process empowers us in coming to a sense of wholeness and clarity within ourselves–what we want, think, and feel. At the same time, it enables us to experience more compassion and connection to others. This method improves our relationship intelligence–helping us become more able to stand up for our own needs and wants while simultaneously being more compassionate to others. Improve the relationships that matter most to you–whether in business, family, romantic, or other–with this simple process that helps us very literally “come home to ourselves.” The Aligning Perceptual Positions method has also created a few surprising shifts such as spontaneous improvement in hearing and vision, and improvement with learning disabilities. While these results are far from guaranteed, it’s interesting that they do happen on occasion with this method.
“I wanted to personally tell you how much I appreciated your instruction. I wouldn’t mind taking the workshop again next weekend! There is no way to describe the feeling of surprise and delight in reaching a core state rapidly through a short verbal process—descending down the rabbit hole into an inner world of peace or oneness or love. Mark Andreas’ instruction was perfect. He was easy to follow and his manner compassionate. I would recommend the Core Transformation workshop to anyone!”
