
I bring a rare depth to this work. My parents, Steve and Connirae Andreas, are two of the most influential figures in the history of NLP. I grew up inside these methods. I co-designed the Core Transformation Coach Certification and have facilitated research trials examining Core Transformation outcomes. With over 1,000 clients since 2009 and two published books, I offer second-generation NLP expertise applied directly to executive and entrepreneurial performance from my practice in Boulder, Colorado.

NLP business coaching works by changing the automatic patterns that drive your leadership behavior. Your responses under pressure, your decision-making habits, the way you communicate with your team and your own priorities and focus — these are largely automatic. Conscious strategy can't override them. I work directly with these patterns so that improved leadership becomes your default rather than something you have to force.
Neuro-linguistic programming emerged from the work of Richard Bandler and John Grinder, who modeled the methods of exceptional therapists including Milton H. Erickson, Fritz Perls and Virginia Satir. Their insight was that human experience is structured — and that structure can be changed. I apply this principle through three specific coaching methods: Core Transformation, developed by my mother Connirae Andreas, which reaches the deep resource states underlying limiting patterns; the Wholeness Work, also developed by Connirae Andreas, which accesses a profound sense of awareness that shifts behavior naturally; Self Concept, developed by my father Steve Andreas, which creates identity-level change by transforming the building blocks of our beliefs; Metaphors of Movement, which works with the unconscious metaphors that keep us stuck.

Using a deep-change method such as Core Transformation, the Wholeness Work, Self Concept, or Metaphors of Movement, I guide you through a process that works directly with the specific pattern we identified. The experience often produces a noticeable shift within the session itself. No homework, no journaling, no accountability check-ins.
