I bring a rare depth to this work. My parents, Steve and Connirae Andreas, are two of the most influential figures in the history of NLP. I grew up inside these methods. I co-designed the Core Transformation Coach Certification and have facilitated research trials examining Core Transformation outcomes. How Does NLP Business Coaching Work?
NLP business coaching works by changing the automatic patterns that drive your leadership behavior. Your responses under pressure, your decision-making habits, the way you communicate with your team — these are largely automatic. Conscious strategy can't override them. I work directly with these patterns so that improved leadership becomes your default rather than something you have to force.

Neuro-linguistic programming emerged from the work of Richard Bandler and John Grinder, who modeled the methods of exceptional therapists including Milton H. Erickson and Virginia Satir. Their insight was that human experience is structured — and that structure can be changed. I apply this principle through three specific coaching methods: Core Transformation, developed by my mother Connirae Andreas, which reaches the deep states underlying limiting patterns; Metaphors of Movement, which works with the spatial structure of how you organize your experience; and the Wholeness Work, which accesses a profound sense of alignment that shifts behavior naturally.
